Delivery and Returns
Shipping Information
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please refer to Events outside our control regarding exceptional circumstances.
We ship all orders via UPS in some cases we use another courier.
Items will be shipped as soon as possible, and should arrive within the following timescales:
- NL Mainland: 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
- EU Mainland between 3 days and 5 days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Worldwide: We use Shop and Ship service via Aramex to arrange the Worldwide orders, you have to make an account on this website: https://www.shopandship.com/ and provide us with a domestic address and client code to send the order to Aramex then Aramex will deliver the package to you. “Note: you pay to us for the domestic shipping and to Aramex you pay from Netherlands to your country”
This is a next working day delivery service, if order is placed before the cut-off time of 5pm. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day.
Delivery times are estimated only and commence from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation.
If no one is available to sign the parcel will be left with a neighbour or instructions will be left on how to arrange redelivery or collection.
Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any product, simply follow the directions below to return the product within 14 working days after receipt of the products by you, and we will promptly process your request and refund your money. Please ensure the product is in all its original packaging and has not been used. Send the items back to:

Please contact our customer service team before returning any item and to confirm whether your delivery costs will be included in the refund or not. We will refund any money received from you, normally by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds will be processed without undue delay.
Please note we are unable to refund any items after the 14 working days’ time limit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
